One of the pillars of OptiXs´ activities, in addition to selling lasers and instrumentation, is the development and manufacturing of custom systems tailored to the customer. We thus complement our broad portfolio of standard products with systems for which no commercial solution can be found or whose application requires an individual approach. We believe that there is value in every idea and we are always happy to collaborate with you to find a solution that best suits your application.

We take care of the entire integration process from design to installation at the customer´s site.

Our capabilities

PWhen implementing custom systems, we draw on many years of experience gained during the installation and servicing of various products. In addition to our knowledge of laser technology, our team has expertise in a wide range of areas including physical optics, fine mechanics, 3D printing, electronics and programming. As a result, we are able to provide not only simple integrations but also more complex deliveries requiring sophisticated solutions. It is up to you whether you want a complete turnkey system or whether you just want partial help with some of its parts. Common OptiXs roles in your project include:

How we work

Every project is different. Therefore, we always focus on an individual approach to meet all your demands. In the beginning, we first get to know your idea and technical requirements. If the implementation is within our capabilities, we will prepare a basic solution concept and work out the financial framework for delivery. If you express interest in continued cooperation, we then prepare a detailed system design including an exact quotation. This is followed by the development, production, testing and installation of the system according to a pre-agreed schedule. We do not renounce our custom-made systems and we keep a standard 12-month warranty. We also provide technical support to our customers in the post-warranty period.
